Lifesavers take home gold
The Rosebud and McCrae Surf Life Saving Club Men’s Under 19 crew won the gold medal Victorian Sate Championships.

The Rye and Dromana Community Bank^® branches are the major sponsor of the Rosebud and McCrae Surf Life Saving Club.

In a first for surf clubs on Port Phillip Bay, surf boat rowers competing in the state championships, held at lakes Entrance, brought home a handful of medals.

The men’s Under 19 crew won the gold medal and then continued on their winning form in the first heat of the National finals held in Kurrawa Queensland.

Meanwhile the ladies took out the silver medal in the masters’ event.
