Tips on Minimising Your Fees
Your everyday banking does not need to cost a lot. There are several ways in which you can minimize fees:-
Choose an appropriate account
By choosing an appropriate account you can save on fees. If you need further assistance, visit any Bendigo Bank branch or telephone Bendigo Bank OnCall on 1300 366 666.

Reduce the number of accounts you have
If you have a number of accounts, you may be incurring fees on each. You may want to consider consolidating your accounts.

Use fee free services
Make withdrawals and deposit transactions that are free of transaction fees. The free transactions are detailed in the Schedule of Fees, Charges and Transaction Account Rebates.

Use Bendigo Bank ATMs
Use Bendigo Bank ATMs to withdraw cash from your accounts to avoid fees charged for using other banks' ATMs. ATM deposits and balance enquiries on your Bendigo Bank accounts are free at a Bendigo Bank ATMs.

Make cash advances at Bendigo Bank ATMs
If you have a Bendigo Credit Card, make cash advances at Bendigo Bank ATMs as these are fee free.

Reduce the number of withdrawals you make
If using ATMs, withdrawing more cash less often may reduce the number of transactions you make.

Bendigo Blue – press Credit when using EFTPOS
You will pay no transaction fees on your purchase if you press the Credit button when using EFTPOS.

Take cash out when using EFTPOS
You can obtain additional cash by selecting the cheque/saving button when making a purchase at EFTPOS. This will be counted as a single transaction. You cannot get cash out when the credit button is selected at the EFTPOS terminal.

Investigate transaction rebates
You may be eligible for transaction rebates. For example, a Bendigo Bank credit card customer may be eligible for an additional transaction account rebate. For details, refer to the Schedule of Fees, Charges and Transaction Account Rebates.

Shareholders
If you are a personal customer and hold a minimum of 500 Bendigo Bank shares, you are entitled to a Shareholder account which provides a higher Transaction Account Rebate.
