2. How do I apply for Bendigo e-banking?
Before you are able to access Bendigo e-banking, you need to become a registered user of the service.
You can do this by either of the following methods -
Registration by telephone:
You are able to register for Bendigo e-banking by calling us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) during our hours of operation -
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm
Our Banking Consultants will ask you some questions to confirm your identity, and will then provide you with a unique Access ID and temporary eight (8) character alpha-numeric PIN. When you use the service for the first time, you will be required to change your temporary PIN to an 8 character alpha-numeric combination of your choice.
After registration a letter will be posted to you confirming your registration and Access ID.
Registration via the branch network:
You may register for the Bendigo e-banking service at any Bendigo Bank branch.
After confirming your identity our Customer Service Officers will provide you with a unique Access ID. To activate your Access ID you will need to call us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) and we will provide you with a temporary eight (8) character alpha-numeric PIN. When you use the service for the first time, you will be required to change your temporary PIN to an eight (8) character alpha-numeric combination of your choice.
After registration a letter will be posted to you confirming your registration and Access ID.
