12. What should I do if I lose my Security Token?

If you lose your Security Token rest assured that it is of no use to anyone else unless they also have your Access ID and PIN. That is why you must never disclose your PIN to any person under any circumstances. Do not write your PIN down or store it on your computer or with your Security Token. If you lose your Security Token, and it is activated for use at Logon, you won’t be able to access Bendigo e-banking until you contact us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) to organise alternate arrangements.

You can arrange replacement of a Vasco One Touch Security Token at any Bendigo Bank branch. If you are unable to visit a branch, or want to replace a Vasco Professional Security Token, please contact us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344) for further advice.
