e-banking Features
1. Can I use Bendigo e-banking to access my Personal and Business Accounts?
Bendigo Bank e-banking customers may access up to a maximum of 99 Bendigo Bank accounts* at one time including Home Loan Accounts, Personal Loan Accounts, Credit Card Accounts, Business Accounts, Everyday Accounts, Savings Accounts and Term Deposit Accounts. In fact, any Bendigo Bank account can be added to your list of linked accounts, as long as you have the appropriate authority.
Customers will also be able to access most Sandhurst Trustees Limited (STL)^ accounts via Bendigo e-banking. The majority of these accounts will have access to all Bendigo e-banking features except the withdrawal of funds (i.e. payments or transfers from STL accounts). However, some accounts such as Term Deposit products, will have 'view only' access.
When using Bendigo e-banking you will be able to view up to the last 200 transactions made on any Personal Account, and up to 500 past Business Account transactions. Transactions shown will include bank fees, government charges and interest payments or charges.
*If you are an authorised member on more than 99 accounts you can use e-banking to select which accounts you would like to view.
^ Sandhurst Trustees Limited is the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 237906).
